    Study Time In Half."  You only watch the first 6 hours once.   
        
              ...repetition, it's "how" we remember most things.

If you saw the "Gone With The Wind" you could understand the dialogue, the emotional
nuances, the sidelong glances ... but walking out of the theater if someone asked,  "what was the
dialogue.." ... how much could you remember?  Not much.  You understood it, but you can’t
remember it.
But if you saw it once a day for 5 days, without even trying, you’d be lip-syncing every line.  And
like that new phone number that sometimes doesn’t want to stick, enough repetitions will solve
the problem  ...and you’ll pass.

                                     Important  Tips To Pass
    The most important thing to help you pass  ...is our Instruction pages.
    They not only tell you exactly how to do the program, but step by step how to take
    the exam and what kind of questions to look out for.. the Trick questions.
                        So the FIRST THING...
    ...put the 8 Hr video you receive aside and literally study the Instruction pages with a
    Highlighter, and here’s why..
    THEY’LL CUT YOUR STUDY TIME IN HALF.

    ...it is, because you need to get through ALL of the material with enough repetitions
    to Remember it, and if you do it by following your own nose, you probably never will.
    Why..?

You don't do our program the way you might think...
You’re going to be receiving an 8hr video. The last TWO hours is the Flash Review and
that's the part you watch 5 times. It has all of the Dual Input Video Flash Cards the
teacher uses, plus more that are just rote memory items. The Dual Input actually gives you
a double hit with each exposure, because you'll both see the material and hear it read
aloud. You’ll also receive generally a 10 to 13 page update that we suggest you to take to
work to do on your lunch hour when it won’t put you to sleep. Read it aloud to give yourself
the Dual Input.
When using our Modern Media approach to feed your mind the repetitions needed to
develop  recall, don’t tear everything apart for meaning at first. You’ll gain most of the
comprehension stress free with enough reps and sleep in-between... and in half the time. So
try to keep your finger off that pause button as much as possible and go fast.
    So you see, ...you really don’t do the program the way you might think.  You really
    NEED to use the methodology in the instructions so that you don’t waste time and
    take forever developing your functional recall. And this really IS a faster way if
    you'll just use our experience to your advantage.
                    Who Fails Using Our Program?
    This is the most important tip.. the only people who fail using our program are people
    who don’t have the patience,  or more often, lack the time to do this next step. They
    fail  because it’s the MAIN thing that makes you pass. The great news is that it’s
    like getting rich for free, because it doesn’t take any longer...               
    The Most Important Tip... play a little "Jeopardy"...
    On your 4th and 5th repetitions of the Flash Review (and any paper updates) turn
    the volume off and block your view of the “answers” with the index card we provide
    (the instructions explain in detail).  It’s the main thing that Makes you pass. You
    may miss half of them, but that’s ok, it's normal at this point.  Because you are now
    developing  recall by a more active participation. Not only does it helps keep you
    "awake" with this dry material, but the process of your own intellectual
    participation, the "searching" for the  incubating information floating hazily in the
    soup of your mind, planted by previous repetitions of the Flash Review,  is literally
    stimulated again by a  "spark" from the mother ship, the great "logical grid" in
    there.. looking for the new baby.
    Each time you "search" for the new information, that spark helps build a permanent
    synaptic junction, welding a bridge, literally building a permanent address in your
    mind to more easily come back the next time.    
    It's a useful picture.  Really, no one knows exactly how our minds "remember." We
    just know at Real Estate Excellence that using Modern Media to provide Dual Input
    repetitions, followed by reversing the process to include "searching" for the
    information... is what makes people pass.
    We call it ...developing your functional recall. Because not only does it help you
    remember, but things begin to "make sense." Now, you're not so easily fooled.  The
    new "facts" in your memory are not really"functional" until  welded to the logical
    Grid of your past. Repetition writes the information, but it's the extra effort, your
    own "searching" for it on your 4th and 5th repetition of the Flash Review that
    generates the big spark that somehow reinforces the welds. This final step takes no
    longer, but increases your memory by about 50%.
    It’s simple, but like magic.  Because it makes you miss each and every one you can’t
    quite pull forward in your mind.. yet.  But then as the video continues to play, you
    quickly drop the card to get that repetition in again. People get excited.  It's as if
    they were  playing Jeopardy. They love it when they get it, they hate it when they
    don’t.
    People really hate to miss the answers, don't they? But that’s whats good about our
    brains. Because that extra anxiety energy adds to the "spark", and helps write the
    very ones
    you were going to miss on the exam.. straight to memory. Then.. when you
    miss one on the 5th and final repetition…
                           that you’d missed yesterday on the 4th repetition...
    ...well, you practically can’t forgive yourself.  Energy builds with these repetitions
    and you begin to really care.
                          The PAYOFF...
    Here’s the payoff. Each and every one of those little Gremlins you missed at home,
    the very ones that WERE going to make you fail your exam AFTER ALL
    THAT WORK,  will become the easiest questions you have on your exam.  People
    call us exuberant just after taking their exams to say they found themselves, time
    and again, sitting there  laughing and saying, "Ah Ha!  You’re not going to get me
    this time!"      
    They're  just so relieved it's all over, and they have to tell somebody they're sure
    they passed before they bust.  It always puts a big smile on all of our faces.

    So... that’s how you do it. That’s how you win, over this mountain of cold info you
    have to learn. So, do yourself a favor and remember you can't buy love.. and you
    can't buy a passing grade for that license by leasing our course, either. You have to
    earn it. You have to do your part. But we make it a lot easier.   Instead of wasting all
    the energy and money you’ve poured into this Real Estate notion, make sure you
    miss the ones you
            were going to miss on the exam,
                        at home instead.
    It's easy to do, more fun, and the only thing that actually guarantees you’ll pass. Not
    hoping,  not worry, not 10 simple repetitions can touch it. So be warned, even though
    it truly doesn’t take any longer, it feels HARDER for some people who won’t try to
    make a little Jeopardy game out of it.  So some people just won’t do it.  They’d rather
    let the State do it for them, and talk about how bad they are at test taking, and how
    rattled they get.  So, who fails using our program... the very people the state doesn't
    want to have their license, which is  why they give these test. Don’t let that person
    be you.  Try to follow our instructions to the best of your ability and make yourself
    happy.    
    Not to scare you, because the solution is simple enough, but it’s impossible to guess
    your way through the exam. They're going use all of your common sense, knee jerk
    responses against you. They'll be filling all 4 possible choices with True statements,
    so they all look like good candidates. Only one is BEST, but you want find many of
    the wrong choices easy to dismiss. They provide 3 true answers, with the 4th option
    being "All of the Above."  But as often as not, ...one of those 3 truths is subtlely a
    BEST answer. You scratch your head. Well, which is more important to the state?
    The fact that they're all true, or the fact that one is more true, or better in some
    arguable way. The State will be more impressed with your ability to distinguish a
    "Best" answer, over the the rote memory that lets you know all 3 happen to be true.
    Naturally, All of the Above is the Best answer, sometimes.
    So, you have to know the material we give you fairly well. But that's a small price to
    pay for your pride and a license that can let you make more money than a lot of
    doctors and lawyers? And if your test date rolls around and you find you're not
    ready,  (and you'll know if you're ready by using the "Jeopardy" game on your last 2
    reps of the Flash Review),  just let go the stress, reschedule, and Fax us your new
